We had Buchner install our new furnace 10 years ago. We had another company clean our heat ducts today. Come to find out that the furnace is full of mold because the installers neglected to remove the manual from inside the furnace. The cleaning company had to drill a hole in the plenum in order to retrieve it. Poor workmanship to say the least.
